കാക്കനാട്: അന്തർദേശീയ കത്തോലിക്ക അല്തമായ സംഘടനയായ ചെറുപുഷ്പ മിഷൻ ലീഗിന്റെ (CML) 2025 - 20256 പ്രവർത്തന വർഷത്തിൻറെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം അന്തർദേശീയ തലത്തിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഇതോടൊപ്പം മിഷൻ ലീഗിന്റെ സ്വർഗ്ഗീയ മധ്യസ്‌ഥയായ വിശുദ്ധ കൊച്ചു ത്രേസ്യയെ തിരുസഭ വിശുദ്ധ പദവിയിലേക്കുയർത്തിയതിന്റെ 100ാം വാർഷിക ആചരണവും നടത്തും. മെയ് 17 ശനിയാഴ്ച്ച ഇന്ത്യൻ സമയം രാത്രി 8:30ന് കൂടുന്ന ഓൺലൈൻ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ വിവിധ രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള ഭാരവാഹികളും പ്രതിനിധികളും പങ്കുചേരും.
സീറോ മലബാർ സഭാ തലവനും മിഷൻ ലീഗിന്റെ രക്ഷാധികാരിയുമായ മേജർ ആർച്ച്ബിഷപ്പ് മാർ റാഫേൽ തട്ടിൽ പരിപാടികൾ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും. മിഷൻ ലീഗ് അന്തർദേശീയ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഡേവിസ് വല്ലൂരൻ അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിക്കും. സിറോ മലബാർ സഭയുടെ ദൈവവിളി കമ്മീഷൻ ചെയർമാനും ചെറുപുഷ്പ മിഷൻ ലീഗിന്റെ സഹ രക്ഷാധികാരിയുമായ ബിഷപ്പ് മാർ ജോസഫ് അരുമച്ചാടത്ത്, മുൻ സഹ രക്ഷാധികാരി മാർ ലോറൻസ് മുക്കുഴി എന്നിവർ അനുഗ്രഹപ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തും.

1873ൽ ഫ്രാൻ‌സിൽ ജനിച്ച്‌ 1897ൽ മരിച്ച ലിസ്യൂവിലെ വിശുദ്ധ തെരേസ (വി. കൊച്ചുത്രേസ്യ) യെ , 1927 മെയ് 17ന് പതിനൊന്നാം പയസ് മാർപാപ്പയാണ് വിശുദ്ധയായി ഉയർത്തിയത്. ചെറുപുഷ്‌പം എന്ന അപാര നാമത്തിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന വി. കൊച്ചുത്രേസ്യയാണ് ചെറുപുഷ്പ മിഷൻ ലീഗ് എന്ന സംഘടനയുടെ സ്വർഗ്ഗീയ മധ്യസ്ഥ.
സഭയുടെ പ്രേഷിത പ്രവത്തനങ്ങളെ പ്രോത്‌സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ ഫാ. ജോസഫ് മാലിപ്പറമ്പിലിന്റെയും പി.സി എബ്രഹാം എന്ന കുഞ്ഞേട്ടന്റെയും നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ 1947 ഒക്ടോബർ മൂന്നിന് ആരംഭിച്ച മുന്നേറ്റമാണ് ചെറുപുഷ്പ മിഷൻ ലീഗ്. കേരളത്തിലെ ഭരണങ്ങാനത്ത് പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ച ഈ സംഘടന പിന്നീട് കേരളത്തിൽ ഉടനീളവും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വിവിധ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും വളർന്നു പന്തലിച്ചു. വർഷങ്ങൾക്കു ശേഷം ഇന്ത്യയുടെ വെളിയിൽ വിവിധ രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ പ്രവർത്തനം വ്യാപിപ്പിച്ച മിഷൻ ലീഗ്, ഇന്ന് അമേരിക്ക, കാനഡ, യു.കെ, അയർലണ്ട്, ഇറ്റലി, ജർമ്മനി, സ്വിറ്റ്സർലാന്റ് ഓസ്ട്രേലിയ, ഖത്തർ തുടങ്ങിയ രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ സജീവമായി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു വരുന്നു.
Global Inauguration of CML Activity Year and Centennial Commemoration of St. Thérèse's Canonization
The Cherupushpa Mission League (CML), an international Catholic lay organization, will officially launch its 2025–2026 activity year with a global online gathering on Saturday, May 17, at 8:30 PM IST. The event will also commemorate the 100th anniversary of the canonization of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, fondly known as Little Thérèse or Cherupushpam, the heavenly patroness of the Mission League. The international inauguration will witness participation from CML representatives and leaders across various countries.
Major Archbishop Mar Raphael Thattil, head of the Syro-Malabar Church and the patron of CML, will officially inaugurate the event. CML International President Davis Vallooran will preside over the ceremony. Keynote blessings will be delivered by Bishop Mar Joseph Arumachadath, chairman of the Syro-Malabar Church's Vocation Commission and co-patron of CML, along with former co-patron Bishop Mar Lawrence Mukkuzhy.

Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, born in France in 1873 and canonized by Pope Pius XI on May 17, 1927, is revered globally for her "Little Way" of spiritual childhood and devotion. She passed away at the young age of 24 in 1897.
The Cherupushpa Mission League was founded on October 3, 1947, in Bharananganam, India, under the leadership of Fr. Joseph Maliparampil and layman P.C. Abraham (Kunjettan), with the goal of promoting missionary vocations within the Church. What began as a local movement has since expanded across India and internationally, now flourishing in countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, and Qatar.
