Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may be billed based on subscription (“hereafter may be called and referred to as Subscription(s)”). You shall be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ((“hereafter may be called and referred to as “Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan, which you select at the time of Subscription. At the end of every Billing Cycle, your Subscription may automatically renew under the same or the new conditions, which are prescribed at the relevant time unless you cancel it through the Portal or cancelled by us. You are free to cancel your Subscription renewal either through the respective mode which is available or by contacting us.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription and you should provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, Nationality, zip/pin code, telephone number, and valid payment credentials. By submitting such payment credentials, you authorize us. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through the said mode of payment, if you choose to provide more than one payment method, it is our discretion to decide which mode to apply for the said renewal or purchase. In case the automated billing fails due to any reason, we will issue an invoice indicating that you must do the payment manually.
Free Trial
We may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription or a product or a service with a free trial (hereafter called and referred to as “Free Trial”).
And it is our discretion to decide whether to collect/use the payment information before the said Trial.
If you provide us with the billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by us. until the Free Trial has expired, however for authorizing the payment we may take a small amount to our account but it will be credited back to the particular payment method supplied by you at the time of Signing up and if more than one method is provided, it it is our discretion to choose which method to adopt for the particular payment. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be charged automatically. At any time and without any prior notice, we reserve our right to modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer or cancel such Free Trial.
Fee Changes
We at our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the fees and/or Subscription fees and/ or product price. And any such change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in any of the above-said fees to allow you to terminate your Subscription if any before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount to Us.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for the products once the order is confirmed except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Creating Accounts
Opening of accounts in the portal is restricted to people who are above 18 years of age. When you open the account with us, you are confirming that you are a natural person aged above 18 years. The information which you provide for opening the account should be correct and accurate. Opening an account with us by submitting wrong information shall be a reason to terminate your account immediately by us. You are responsible for maintaining the credentials are safe and secure. You agree to accept all the responsibilities for all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You are liable to notify us immediately if any kind of a security breach occurs. Opening an account in the name of another is not allowed. However, if you fail to appeal against such suspension within the time notified to you by us and fail to prove that is the real name the account will be terminated finally. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole Discretion.
